Surveys are a classic tool of empirical market research. Lp Marktforschung specialises in the organisation, management and evaluation of surveys and questionnaires, particularly face-to-face (F2F) interviews with passers-by, guests, visitors, customers or non-customers. We mainly carry out quantitative (standard-ised) surveys.

We distinguish between the following types of survey:

  • Face-to-face interview (F2F)

    This is a personal interview conducted with target persons.

  • Telephone survey

    The survey takes place in our Call-Centre.

  • Written survey

    The questionnaire is completed by the respondent independently on paper or a computer.

  • Online survey

    An internet-based survey method, where respondents complete the questionnaire online directly on a smartphone, tablet or PC.
